1. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

By participating in the Borsalino fragrances Model Search Contest , you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to individuals aged 21 and above.

Employees of Perfume Street and Borsalino, its affiliates, or agencies are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must complete the online form and submit a recent photo along with the required information.

Entries must be submitted between May 1st and June 1st. Late entries will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on their fit with the brand

5. Prizes

Winners will be featured in one of the upcoming Borsalino fragrance campaign. Additional prizes (e.g., travel, accommodations) may be included and will be detailed in the official winner announcement.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Image Rights

By participating, you grant Perfume street the right to use your name, image, and likeness in promotional materials without additional compensation.

7. Disqualification

Perfume street reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or submits inappropriate content.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Perfume street is not responsible for any technical issues, entry delays, or participant errors. Participants join the Contest at their own risk.
